Ben Carignan also made his amateur debut and lost a tough fight by decision. Ben looked great with his striking but his opponent didn't like it and won the fight by pressuring the takedowns consistently. Spencer Strube stepped back in the cage and took a submission loss to a game opponent who appeared to be on a mission. The night started with Joey Kirwan facing off against Lewis Rumsey. Nazare both a World Jiu-Jitsu Champion and a well versed striker but he had no answer for Jacob's takedown and top control. Jacob was able to dominate the the 10-0 fighter and give him his first MMA loss.
